Toby grew up in Wembury, South Devon. Studied at Plymouth College of Art and Design from 1995-97. Then went on to Cardiff for a Fine Art Degree. Finishing in 2000. Since then he has traveled to Australia and lived in New Zealand where he exhibited and sold work. Toby has had various exhibitions in Cornwall and Plymouth over the last ten years. He currently resides in Newquay, Cornwall and continues to create in his  studio on the outskirts of the town.
